The Christians already have their Messiah or Savior: Jesus of Nazareth.
They expect him to return.
The Jews have not yet seen their Masheah. They express their longing for his coming
clearly in their daily eighteen-prayers.
This difference between Judaism and Christianity is one of the roots of anti-Semitism.
So both Jews and Christians await the (re-) coming of the Messiah.
Meaning
The words Messiah (English) and Masheah (Hebrew) mean Anointed One.
Traditionally, kings and prophets were anointed.
What can be expected from the Messiah?
He will lead the eternal Kingdom of Peace.
A clue to this is given, when Daniel has a dream of Nebucadnezzar.
According to the prophecies of Ezekiel, all the righteous who ever lived and shall live,
will reincarnate again and become citizens of this Paradise.
The color filter
A subject is prepared to wear a color filter in front of his eyes continuously
for several weeks. Through this filter he sees everything in one color.
The subject chooses his favorite color: pink.
The only differences he sees are variations in the pink from very dark to very light.
After a few days he is no longer aware of colors, not even the color pink!
The necessity of evil
Suppose we were to live in paradise conditions. Then, after some time,
we would no longer know the difference between Good and Evil. This is
comparable to the test with the color filter. You might like that.
After a while, a real danger is, that you do not longer recognize your blessings.
Two main goals of human life disappear:
Wrong foundations
It is my firmest belief that both Judaism and Christianity contain some failures
in its fundamental views. Mistakes that could have driven a deep wedge between
Jews and Christians. The misunderstanding is in the views on Jesus of Nazareth.
The Jews completely underestimate Jesus, even ignore him.
The Christians overestimated him far too much.
In the following text I will try to show Jesus of Nazareth in his proper sense,
of course in my opinion.
Problems
Jews expect The Masheah.
Will they then encounter the same problems as described above in due course?!
How should a Jew, a Christian and a Muslim behave towards the Expected?
Does the many dimensional G'd "projects" Himself as a three-dimensional being,
as Masheah, so that I can see Him in human form? If so, then He is the Eternal Himself,
and then I may worship Him and ask for forgiveness of sins.
If not, then what? Will He be 'the Right Hand' of the Eternal? May I worship him then?
No! Because then he is not G'D.
By the way: G'd does not tolerate any idol or goddess
next to him.
Incidentally, the question is, whether I would still sin in the Messianic era,
because that will not and cannot be the intention.
Did these two conceptions about the nature of the Masheah also apply to Jesus?
What solid arguments do the Jews have for claiming that Jesus cannot be the Masheah?
Just the two thousand years of misery after his life on earth?
Have all prophecies been meaningless then?
By the way, I do not acknowledge that Jesus was or is the Messiah with these questions,
but I want seriously investigate the possibility, if during two millennia something went wrong.
After all, Jewish and Christian views are conflicting.
Since we are often in one of the two opposite camps, objectivity is extremely difficult
and you can always creep up on the irrational feeling, that you could become a traitor,
despite gold-honest arguments.
